Shipping Policy

Turnaround

Items in stock will be shipped within 2 business days.

Lead times for non-stock items are 2 – 4 weeks.

We will notify you if your order contains stock and non-stock items. Partial shipments can be processed on request.

Carriers

We use the TNT carriers to deliver our orders.

Your own carrier and account can be nominated.

Order Tracking

We can provide tracking information for your order. Please email your purchase order number to office@swan-analytical.com.au.

We will get back to you with your consignment note number.

You can check your order on the TNT website http://www.tnt.com, simply enter the supplied consignment note number.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for your order's shipping is based on your products' weight and location.
